Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days from the date of confirmed payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Within Gujarat: 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Other states in India: 4–7 business days after dispatch
• Remote locations: May take additional 2–3 days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your shipment online.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
